§ 60.4. Extension.

A non-conforming use of building shall not be enlarged or extended, except a non-conforming building may be added to, provided such addition meets other zoning setback requirements of this Ordinance. Front yard requirements must be met on lots fronting major and collector streets as shown on the Official Zoning Map, as amended.
