§ 90. Enforcing officer.

The provisions of this Ordinance shall be administered and enforced by a Building Official who shall be an employee of the City of Pearson. The duties of the Building Official shall include receiving applications, inspecting premises and issuing building permits and certificates of occupancy for uses and structures that meet the requirement of this Zoning Ordinance and are in accordance with the provisions of the Building Code.
